HISTORY OF DELPHOS, CANAL BOAT OWNERS
Delphos, in the heyday of the canal, was an important stop along the canal for boats, crews and travelers. However, Delphos was not just a stopover. Quite a number of canal boats that traveled along the towpath originated in and were owned by Delphos citizens. They were:
